We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, improving employee performance, and enhancing communication and customer handling skills to ensure operational excellence.
CTC : ₹4.2 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Deliver process, product, and soft skills training programs.
- Monitor trainee performance, learning progress, and assessments.
- Prepare training reports, evaluations, and feedback analysis.
- Conduct refresher training and floor briefing sessions.
- Improve communication, customer handling, and service quality skills.
- Coordinate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs.
- Support continuous learning and performance improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate (as per process requirement).
- Prior experience in training or coaching preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales and customer service processes.
- Good understanding of training methodologies and coaching techniques.
